Dr. Comfort Ero is the President & CEO of International Crisis Group, the world’s leading conflict resolution organisation. Dr Ero has spent her entire career working in conflict-affected countries and her expertise include research, mediation, peacekeeping, transitional justice, politics and international relations in Africa.

With a PhD from the London School of Economics, her previous roles include Africa Program Director for Crisis Group, Deputy Africa Program Director for the International Centre for Transitional Justice and Advisor to the Special Representative for the UN Mission in Liberia.
